Simply search our site, select the article(s) and size(s) that you wish to order, and click "Add to basket". Then click on "Order" to continue with the order.
The account must be created at the end of the purchase process. Simply indicate your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
The login is always your e-mail address. Under "My account" at the top of the page, when you try to connect, if your password is incorrect you will be redirected to another page in order to recuperate your password.
Once you have validated your order online, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In your account, you can follow your order.
Yes. It is safe to pay for an order on our site. Your bank details are encrypted before being sent to a third party. All transactions are secured through use of an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure payment module by our partner, HiPay.
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Deliveries are made by Bpost. There are several delivery possibilities available:
  • Delivery to your home by post.
  • Collection from a post office
  •  Collection from a 24/7 automatic dispenser

Delivery is free in Belgium.

Delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 days from the moment payment is received.  

However, this can vary depending on the delivery destination, and the stock available. We cannot be held responsible for eventual delivery delays that may be caused by BPost.  

During period of sales, delivery can be longer due to the extra workload.

Delivery is free in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands and Germany.  

For other countries, delivery is charged as follows:

We will send you an e-mail when your parcel is ready to be dispatched. You can follow the progress of your order in your account.
You can track your parcel at any time on using your parcel number that you will have received by e-mail.
The delivery company will try to deliver again once, without cost, and if delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a delivery note with instructions on how to get your parcel.
You can get your money back by completing the return form attached Return form.
The reimbursement will take a maximum of 2 weeks after we have received your returned item.
